Need help with an identification.
Discovered a large frame with a cheap print in the trash. The frame and print were falling apart. But I brought it home to try to refurbish the frame. When taking out the print, I found this stunning picture underneath. It’s part-water color, part collage with silver and gold foil on parts of it.
Do you know who she is? I’m thinking an African or Brazilian orissa or orixa. Could be Oxum, but that’s just a wild guess. She is very precious to me.
